In less than a decade, there’s been a transformation in the Buckman and Kerns neighborhoods. A wave of luxury apartment and creative office development, along with the steady rise of local retailers, restaurants, and co-working space, has benefited local employers and residents alike. Nicholas Diamond, Principal
Nicholas was former President and a Partner at Real Estate Investment Group.  Nicholas started his brokerage career in 2005 and has focused on investment sales, land sales, retail leasing and redevelopment projects. During this time, he has participated in the sales and leasing of approximately $1 billion of real estate projects.

As a Partner at Capacity Commercial Group, Nicholas will continue to leverage his MBA from UCLA and development experience to help structure complicated land developments, lease negotiations and investment sales. These skills have benefitted him in selling land for thousands of new residential units and millions of square feet of new retail and office developments, including such notable projects as Progress Ridge TownSquare, LandRover’s state of the art facility at Washington Square, Parkway Village, Alamo Manhattan’s 1st and Columbia project, and many others.  Nicholas has a deep understanding of the development process and regularly works with the most active developers in the Pacific Northwest.

Nicholas, George Diamond and Michelle Rozakis (Diamond Team) have been honored as the Retail Brokerage Team Of The Year in both 2018 and 2019 from the Commercial Association of Brokers Oregon & SW Washington.  He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as former Next Generation President and state committee member as well as the Site Source Retail Brokerage Network.
Michelle D. Rozakis, Principal
Michelle, a principal broker at Real Estate Investment Group, which merged with Capacity Commercial in 2020, has been instrumental in growing the retail leasing arm of REIG. Michelle specializes in both Landlord and Tenant Representation focusing on new construction projects. With a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution, mediation and communication play a vital role in developing and building strong fundamental relationships and structuring successful transactions between tenants and landlords. Her genuine love for creating these partnerships and “place-making” motivates her to work on each project to make it the best that it can be. Having been involved in a larger number of mixed-use and new construction projects, Michelle also acts as a development consultant to help developers ensure that they are designing retail spaces that maximize the value for both Landlords and Tenants alike.

Michelle joined the company in 2010 after three years as lead sales agent at Waterfront Pearl - $100 million mixed use project built in 2008 on the Willamette River in the Pearl District in Portland, OR.
Riley Henderson, Senior Associate Broker
Riley specializes in investment sales, developments land sales, and owner/user sales. Riley has a passion for all things commercial real estate. He sees his role as a broker as not only about maximizing his clients' position but as helping to shape his city, state, and region to be a thriving place for all.
