Scott Martin, Senior Vice President
Beginning his career in the Atlanta real estate market in 1988, Scott Martin has added value and profit through marketing and leasing high profile Atlanta office buildings. Mr. Martin has achieved owner revenue, profit, and market growth objectives in a highly competitive environment. He has successfully developed and converted new business prospects and cultivated strong relationships with renewal clients. Mr. Martin is the Senior Vice President of SK Commercial Realty's Office Leasing team, where he specializes in Landlord Services and Property Leasing. He is now a part of the rebranding of Perimeter Crossing and Pavilion at Lake Hearn under one ownership entity at 1100, 1150, and 1200 Lake Hearn Drive. Before joining SK Commercial Realty, Mr. Martin was the Leasing Director at Hines where he led leasing efforts of 3.5 million square feet. He led marketing and leasing efforts of Atlanta Financial Center, while maintaining other projects such as Deerfield Centre, One and Two Ravinia, and Northcreek Office Park. Mr. Martin worked as a member of the team to lease Atlantic Station and 8000 Avalon while also serving to support additional projects such as 191 Peachtree, Perimeter Summit, 1180 Peachtree, One Atlantic Center, 10000 Avalon, and Atlantic Yards. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Wake Forest University and a Master's degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
Furman Wood, Senior Vice President, Principal
Furman began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 1993 as an industrial real estate specialist focusing on landlord and tenant representation with Wilson Hull & Neal.

Prior to working for Wilson Hull & Neal Mr. Wood worked with Jamison Commercial Real Estate Research Services now Costar Real Estate Research Services.  During his tenure their Mr. Wood was Director of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Wood co-founded Commercial Property Professionals in 2008

Mr. Wood is a Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a recipient of the Phoenix Award, which is presented to those members who have achieved ten years of membership in the Million Dollar Club.

In 2001, Mr. Wood received The President’s Award for his outstanding commitment and dedication to the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and more specifically to, the Atlanta Board’s Community Service Committee, Christmas in April and the Atlanta Community Food Bank.  Mr. Wood received The Commercial Realtor of the Year Award in 2005 for his efforts in directing the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors relief efforts for those effected by Hurricane Katrina.

Mr. Wood remains actively involved with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (currently serving as a vice president) along with the Atlanta Steeplechase Committee and the USO of Georgia.

Mr. Wood grew up in Newport News, Va. And is a graduate of Radford University with a degree in Management.  Mr. Wood served six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and is a veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

Mr. Wood resides in Sandy Springs with his wife Caroline and their two children, Lily and Jack.

Orin Whittaker, Associate
Orin joined SK Commercial Realty in November 2020 as an office tenant and landlord representative.

Prior to joining SK, Mr. Whittaker gained experience in the real estate business working in the research department at CBRE. Through the 3.5 years in research, Orin was responsible for compiling and reporting on various statistics for the Office and Industrial quarterly reports. After leaving CB, Mr. Whittaker went on to work as a site selection analyst at Stern Development. Here he worked on finding suitable land sites to develop for national retailers across the country.

Raised in East Cobb, Georgia, Mr. Whittaker attended Walton High School before receiving his degree in Consumer Affairs from The University of Alabama. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and enjoys spending time outside with his wife, Emmy, daughter Reese, and chocolate lab, Cooper.
