It is unlikely that Humboldt County will approve similar large-scale entitlements in the future.  Located inside of the metal building at the Willow Creek Property is a manufacturing lab which is fully equipped with extraction equipment for BHO extraction, and is approved for all extraction methods under California state regulations (HO, PHO, Ethanol, CO2, Ice Water, and Heat Press), and the needed refinement methods (Winterization and/or Distillation) to produce concentrated THC oil. The lab has been reinforced with a 3-hour fire wall and is well-supplied with power. The Willow Creek Property includes 57 Gregerson Greenhouse kits. In order to erect these kits the potential buyer would need to amend the current condition of the use permit and apply with the state for additional cultivation permits.  This property comes fully permitted for cultivation.
