Kelly Disser is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Services Group of NAI Hiffman. Kelly represents private companies, owners, financial institutions, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of industrial real estate assets, investments and land throughout the greater Chicagoland markets. His objective is to always make/save his clients’ money while establishing a long-term relationship. Kelly’s unique experiences and drive to succeed enable him to achieve his clients’ goals.

Kelly began his real estate career in 2002 with Duke Realty Corporation. While working for Duke, he was responsible for financial and operational management of a 22 million square foot portfolio. After working for Duke, Kelly worked for Tabani Group, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. His responsibility was to grow the company’s existing real estate portfolio through investments and new development. In 2015, Kelly became a shareholder at NAI Hiffman. Kelly has been a top producer for the past 8+ years and has developed a team that delivers unmatched market intelligence which results in market making results for his clients.
Michael Freitag, Executive Vice President
As a member of Kelly Disser’s team, Michael assists and consults public and private companies, owners, REITs and developers in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial assets and land across several targeted submarkets within the 1.2 billion square foot Greater Chicago Industrial market and nationally. Michael’s strategies include creation and implementation of creative, thoughtful and strategic solutions that align with clients’ specific business objectives.

Prior to beginning his career at NAI Hiffman, Michael was an Acquisition & Development Analyst intern with The Harp Group. During his tenure with The Harp Group, Michael focused on the underwriting and valuation of multi-market hotel portfolio acquisitions. He is a 2015 graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, graduating summa cum laude, and a minor in Economics and was a four-year member of Plymouth State’s NCAA Hockey Team.
TJ Feeney, Associate
T.J. Feeney joined DarwinPW brokerage team in 2022 as an Associate responsible for ownership representation, tenant and buyer representation, and investment analysis with a focus on DuPage County. Mr. Feeney works closely with Principal Matt Lewandowski.
