Alex Van Den Bogerd, Associate Director

Len Rosso, Head of Industrial & Logistics
Len has more than 30 years' experience in the commercial property sector. Having started out as a trainee surveyor in 1983 he moved on to set up Jansons in 1990, a niche agency specialising in industrial in North and West London. In 2004/5 the business was voted Industrial Agency of the Year, this being the first ever non West End national practice to have won this prestigious award. In that same year the business transacted in excess of 3.5 million sq ft which accounted for in excess of 50% of the total transactions for the North and West London market.


Since joining Colliers International, as the Head of the UK Logistics and Industrial Department, the objectives are the same as always, to outperform all competitors whilst providing the highest level of service to all our clients. Mark Webster, Equity Partner
Joining in 2017, Mark was previously at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years, and at Knight Frank for 12 years before that. Working in the Leasing team, he specialises in representing occupiers, primarily advising retailers such as Sainsburys, Morrisons, Arcadia and Boden on building placement and acquisition. Most recently he was a key player in the acquisition of a southern distribution hub in Hatfield for Marks & Spencer. Mark is a former Chairman of the Industrial Agents Society.
Jake Huntley, Partner / Co-Head of Industrial & Logistics
Jake Huntley brings over 10 years of agency experience through roles at Capita and DTRE. During this time Jake has advised a wide variety of landlords and occupiers, but with a particular focus on projects in the South of England.

Jake has an extensive track record for providing development consultancy advice, having been involved in a significant number of land acquisitions and sales during his career.

As the Co-Head of the Industrial and Logistics team Jake is responsible for the national team.

Jake has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2012 and was a member of the national IAS committee for over 7 years.
Alice Hampden-Smith, Partner
Alice joined DTRE in May 2017, having spent four years at Cushman & Wakefield. She is part of the Industrial Leasing team, undertaking both landlord and occupier work and her coverage includes much of the Southern UK, from East London through to the West Country and Wales.

Significant projects have included agreeing a 140,000 sq ft letting to Berryworld Ltd in Northfleet, a 54,000 sq ft letting to Marston’s PLC in West Thurrock and her involvement in a 47 acre land sale in Magor on behalf of Sainsbury’s. As an accessories connoisseur, Alice caused much amusement when her first deal at DTRE involved a handbag company.
Max Dowley, Trainee Surveyor
Max covers the South West and South East of England, primarily advising on the disposal of existing buildings and providing advice on new development schemes.

Tom graduated from Reading University in 2012, with a degree in Real Estate.
Akhtar Alibhai, Director of Industrial & Logistics
Akhtar Alibhai joined Colliers CRE in 2004. He is currently responsible for the disposal and acquisition of Industrial sites and premises on behalf of a number of funds and developers including Aberdeen-Standard Asset Management, M&G Real Estate, Legal and Genral Assurance Society Ltd, RLAM, SEGRO, Canmoor, Chancerygate, Goyo Developments and Prologis, as well as a number of occupiers including Grafton Group ( Buildbase & Selco Builders Merchants) Safestore Self Storage, The Coop, Greggs Plc, IKEA and Lidl.
