Buckhead appeals to companies seeking high-quality office space in an established live/work/play environment. Most office inventory in Buckhead is considered high-end, and the area is home to numerous trophy office properties. Andy Sumlin, Partner - Agency Leasing Atlanta
He utilizes extensive landlord experience, in-depth market knowledge and strong business and community relationships to achieve quantifiable increases in asset value. Having been on the ownership/development and brokerage side of the industry, Mr. Sumlin has a unique perspective in value creation and ownership concerns.
Mr. Sumlin is a native of Atlanta and began his career with Adams Cates/Grubb & Ellis, serving as a Vice President. He then took a position with Barry Real Estate Companies as Director of Project Leasing.
