PARK OVERVIEW
In June 2025, BKM Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Hannover Industrial Park, located in Fremont, CA. The 165,243 square-foot light industrial asset includes five buildings, nine units, and a 66,980 square-foot industrial yard for fleet parking. Situated on over 10 acres on Hannover Place and Grimmer Boulevard, the 165,243 square-foot light industrial park will undergo numerous cosmetic and functional improvements through BKM's signature capital improvements package, including upgraded HVAC, roofs, and parking lots, as well as a refreshed paint scheme and upgraded signage across the business park.
