Montecillo is a 292 acre master planned community in West El Paso. This is the City’s largest infill development and the first to use smart code zoning. It is just North of the future Mesa Park interchange between Executive Center Blvd. and Sunland Park Dr. Montecillo West is anchored by Top Golf which is scheduled for completion in late 2016 to early 2017. Top Golf estimates 500,000 visitors per year. The 35 acre site requires no on site ponding and slightly slopes to the West for drainage. Visibility is excellent from I-10. Ultimately the area will have access from the Mesa Park Interchange, Mesa St., Executive Center Blvd. and Festival Dr. 1 to 5 acre sites are available to purchase, lease or build to suit. Parcels are currently available.
