ABOUT UPPER BUCKHEAD

Buckhead appeals to companies seeking high-quality office space in an established live/work/play environment. Most office inventory in Buckhead is considered high-end, and the area is home to numerous trophy office properties. The area continues to add residential density and the community is working on several projects focused on improving walkability and adding greenspace, such as the Path 400 Greenway and the proposed Park Over 400. Buckhead is a major retail destination in Atlanta, as well, and the area is home to both the Lenox and Phipps malls as well as numerous high-end restaurants. Kyle Kenyon, Senior Vice President
Kyle Kenyon joined CBRE’s Atlanta office as a First Vice President within the firm’s Advisory & Transaction | Agency practice in June 2019. Chris Port, Executive Vice President
Chris Port is an Executive Vice President in the Asset Services division of CBRE. He and his partners are currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of a number of office buildings and business parks, including The Towers at Wildwood Plaza, One Buckhead Plaza, Three Ravinia, Pershing Point Plaza and Atlanta Plaza.
