PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Designed by Frederick Osterling and built in 1890, the building was purchased from the URA and underwent a full interior gut and renovation. The roof was completely replaced and floors stripped down and covered in polished concrete. The stairwell and terrazzo landings were largely preserved and a skylight added above to bring in light.
