Pat Marsh, SIOR has been involved in industrial real estate in Las Vegas since 1996. He began with CB Richard Ellis where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation. In 1998, when Colliers established a presence in Southern Nevada, Pat left the CB office to work for Colliers. With over 25 years of experience, Pat is a seasoned Broker in Southern Nevada and has been one of the top producers in the Las Vegas office for over a decade. During his tenure, Pat has completed over 1,000 industrial transactions with a total consideration in excess of $1.25 billion, including $485 million in transactions over the past 24 months.

Sam Newman, SIOR is a Vice President, specializing in Industrial & Logistics. Since Joining Colliers in 2010, Sam has been involved in over 750 industrial transactions with a total consideration in excess of $1.5 Billion, including $200 million of transactions over the past 18 months. During his tenure, Sam has accumulated a vast knowledge of all phases of industrial site selection, design and development, acquisition, stabilization and disposition, along with general leasing and sales.
Sam has been partnered with Pat Marsh, SIOR since his start at Colliers. Together, they currently list over 4.5 million square feet of industrial property in the Las Vegas Valley and have represented some of the top corporations in Southern Nevada.
