Brendan Murphy, Vice President

Steven Klein, Senior Managing Director
Steven primarily specializes in industrial and flex properties. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Steven was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company for nearly 15 years and later served as Executive Director of Insignia/ESG, Inc., managing all lines of business for all product types in the Oregon and Southwest Washington region. During his tenure at Trammell Crow Company, Steven was responsible for overseeing the Industrial Properties Group.
Steven has completed over 2.6 million square feet of industrial and business park development and redevelopment projects in the Portland Metro Area Market. Steven’s extensive experience enables him to work with owners and property managers to position their assets to increase the renewal and occupancy levels, in turn, increasing the value of the assets. He also has gained a thorough understanding of what is required to manage the transaction, while representing his clients’ best interest.
Steven has served as the president of the Oregon Chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) and is currently a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB) and NAIOP. He is also a member of the Kidder Mathews board of directors, an advisory board member of the Portland State University Center for Real Estate, and a board member of Waverly Country Club. Steven is a native Oregonian.
Peter Stalick, Executive Vice President, Shareholder
Peter Stalick is an executive vice president and a shareholder at Kidder Mathews specializing in industrial property sales and leasing. Peter is a University of Oregon graduate and started his real estate career in 2000 in Portland. Peter has over 22 years of experience representing industrial property owners, developers, and occupants and advising them in all facets of their industrial property requirements. Over the past ten years, Peter and his team have completed 584 total sale and lease transactions for industrial properties totaling over 36M square feet with a transaction value of over $965.6M in total consideration. Peter has a broad base of knowledge and experience with industrial property including land acquisition, underwriting, development, and construction in addition to traditional marketing, leasing, and sales of these properties.
