Renfrewshire’s office market centres on the town of Paisley, the sprawling Hillington Park estate and a handful of other business parks in its vicinity. The area’s location immediately west of Glasgow means it enjoys fast access to Scotland’s largest city via the M8 motorway; the A761; and the A898, which crosses the Erskine Bridge. Glasgow International Airport, Scotland’s second-busiest airport, is in Paisley. Regular rail services run between the town and Glasgow Central with a journey time of less than 20 minutes.
