Every room is equipped with Cat5e structured cabling system within the unit for all your communication and IT services. Every office has one handset included, which is linked to your office intercom. Of course any outgoing calls are chargeable, and should you with for any additional handsets we can arrange this for you for a monthly fee. Our internet has a fair usage policy, which means providing you do not go above 200Mb per month, your internet is inclusive in your licence fee. However, should you exceed this for 3 months, we would provide you with a 'heads-up' so that you can look into any changes needed on your side or look into any issues such as viruses etc. Then if this should continue for 6 months, we would then begin to charge you £250+VAT per month for a minimum of 6 months. There is ample free parking onsite and major retail outlets for shopping within walking distance of Churchill Square Business Centre.
