Evan Behr, Vice Chairman
Prior to joining JLL, Evan was a key member of Tishman Speyer’s Washington, DC office where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of approximately 4.5 million square feet. Evan also gained in-depth asset management experience on Tishman Speyer’s 28 building, 6 million square foot office portfolio in DC, Virginia and Maryland, as well as underwriting experience in the acquisitions department. Prior to Tishman Speyer, he focused on tenant representation at CBRE.
Evan graduated cum laude with a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he double majored in finance and management.
