Seth Benhard, Senior Managing Director, Brokerage
Seth graduated from Louisiana State University with B.S. in Finance. He is a former board member of the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Greater Washington and Rachael’s Women’s Center, an active member of The Explorers Club and a Fundraiser for the Tribute 21 Foundation.
Evan Behr, Vice Chairman
Prior to joining JLL, Evan was a key member of Tishman Speyer’s Washington, DC office where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of approximately 4.5 million square feet. Evan also gained in-depth asset management experience on Tishman Speyer’s 28 building, 6 million square foot office portfolio in DC, Virginia and Maryland, as well as underwriting experience in the acquisitions department. Prior to Tishman Speyer, he focused on tenant representation at CBRE.
Evan graduated cum laude with a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he double majored in finance and management. He is a former founding member of Executive Committee Board Member of DCBIA DLD. He is former member of JLL’s Leadership Committee Advisory Board and Leading Leaders Program. He is a fundraiser for the Lilabean Foundation, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Travis Manion Foundation.
