Arris Noble joined SRS in 2024 and is a Managing Principal in Washington, D.C. He has extensive experience introducing innovative restaurant concepts to D.C.'s most coveted neighborhoods, including Georgetown and DuPont Circle. He has represented acclaimed Michelin-starred and chef-driven restaurants, as well as a diverse range of retailers, from fitness and medical to boutique shops. He has also assisted with the strategy and execution of significant urban and suburban retail developments. Prior to joining SRS, Arris was Senior Vice President of JLL’s Washington D.C retail brokerage team.

He has uniqe insight and knowledge of retail agency leasing, tenant representation, site analysis and acquisition, financial analysis, asset management, development, tenant rollouts, and construction.
Rachel Callender, Vice President
Rachel Callender joined SRS in 2024. Rachel specializes in both tenant and landlord representation across the Mid-Atlantic region and plays a key role in supporting regional rollouts for prominent retail and restaurant brands. She also collaborates closely with real estate owners on the strategy and execution of both urban and suburban developments. Before joining SRS, Rachel was on JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Retail Advisory team.

Rachel’s expertise spans site selection, lease negotiations, financial analysis, and retail strategy development. Rachel also brings an entrepreneurial sensibility with a background in brand and performance marketing, offering a unique blend of skills that helps her clients navigate the intersection of real estate, market positioning and business growth. Her deep understanding of market dynamics and modern marketing tactics enables her to guide both established national brands and emerging concepts through complex real estate decisions with precision and creativity.
