Kristen entered the real estate business in 2006 at CoStar Group researching and analyzing the Washington, DC market along with serving as the Washington, DC news editor reporting on recent sales, leases, trends and construction activity.
She joined CBRE in 2008 and gained experience in landlord representation as well as tenant representation. Kristen’s primary focus has been Landlord representation, executing nearly 4.5 million square feet of lease transactions for a variety of ownerships.
