Ollerton is a small town in Nottinghamshire, on the edge of Sherwood Forest. It is approximately 21 miles north of Nottingham and 11 miles north east of Mansfield.
Ollerton is accessed via the Old Rufford Road (A614) which provides direct access to the A1 which is 7 miles to the north. The property is situated off Darwin Drive and accessed via Edison Rise which provides access to the A6075 and subsequently the A614.
Unit 28 is located within Sherwood Network Centre that forms part of the Sherwood Energy Village. There has been significant investment in the area in recent years and neighbouring occupiers include the Center Parcs HQ, Experian and Nottinghamshire County Council.
