Unit 34 comprises a fully functioning food production facility with an interconnecting storage (ambient, chilled & frozen) facility adjacent. The production unit comprises a single bay of steel portal frame construction with brickwork front and steel cladding to side and rear elevations. Clear height is 7.5m. Goods access is via an electric roller shutter door leading to a 16m deep loading apron. There are nine car parking spaces.
The food production unit is fitted to BRC level certification, including demountable walls, floor drainage, wash down areas, soup production, cook /
chill systems, preparation, assembly areas and tray wash, all within a temperature controlled environment. There is an incoming power supply of 400V x 1250A.
The storage facility comprises steel portal frame under a pitched roof with the insulation panels forming the external cladding. It benefits from a 9.17m clear height and 2 electric roller shutter doors.
