The premises occupy a busy town centre trading
position opposite Drapers Discount Store.
The premises are therefore ideal for passing trade on
the 'sunny side of the street' towards the Eastern
approach to Ilfracombe High Street.
The resort is North Devon's leading tourist centre having
a population of approximately 11,500 inhabitants,
boosted during the summer months with the influx of
tourists.
In recent years, inward investment has included a Lidl's
supermarket, a Tesco's supermarket, the
redevelopment of the bus station car park to provide a
public car park, as well as a Wetherspoon’s public house
development on the main seafront.
In addition, the world renowned artist, Damien Hirst,
has given to the town on a 20 year loan a large statue
called 'Verity' located on the pier. This has attracted
many thousands of extra day visitors to the resort.
