PROPERTY OVERVIEW
A former textile mill, the 3M BIC in Huddersfield was designed to bridge the gap between industry and academia – connecting businesses with the academic world. Meeting and events spaces are available for conferences, training sessions and team meetings, plus areas for co-working and communal kitchens. Its Innovation Avenue runs through the heart of the centre and houses technology to support businesses on their product development journeys, from 3D printing in metals, resins and polymers, microscopy to X-Ray Computed Tomography.
