DESCRIPTION
The site is located at Drum South off Grahamsdyke Road (A993) on the East side of Bo’ness. Bo’ness is a popular residential location with a population of 14,760 (2016). The town is popular due to its strong communication links close to the M9 motorway. Edinburgh and Glasgow are 40 and 50 minutes travel by car respectively. The site is located opposite the successful residential area called the Drum. This proposed neighbourhood centre will sit to the front of a new residential development which will ultimately deliver in advance of 200 new homes (a further 400 homes are consented immediately to the south).
