Lime Kilns Business Park is located on Hammond Way and is accessed via a new island directly off the A5 Watling Street at Hinckley. The Business Park is situated some two miles from Junction 1 of the M69 Motorway allowing easy access north onto the M1 (Junction 21) and south to the M6 (Junction 2). Hinckley itself is a market town with a population in the order of 55,000 (Local Authority 87,000) lying approximately 30 miles to the south-west of Leicester. The town enjoys good motorway communications via the M69 Motorway being located on the south-eastern fringe of the town and approximately two miles from the town centre.
