The restaurant has been awarded an AA rosette for culinary excellence, and is open to both guests and nonresident diners for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has modern furnishings and provides seating for 48 covers.
The terrace is accessible from both the restaurant and function room, and has seating for 40.
THE BUSINESS
The business at Norton House is well diversified with a mix of both leisure and corporate demand and a well-rounded wedding and events business that compliments the room offering.
Norton House also has a significant demand for private functions, hosting around 280 events per year. These consist of conferences, wakes, and family gatherings.
DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL
There is lapsed planning consent under planning reference 2006/2487 for the development of eight bedrooms in an area of the car park.
