The development site is as shown shaded red on plan attached and forms part of a title registered in the Sasine Register along with adjoining area outlined in red . The site comprises a regular shaped rectangular and generally level area of ground . The ground, along its north most boundary, has an open frontage onto foot path on south side of Old Edinburgh Road . The ground extending between the timber fencing forming the east most boundary with private access and car parking area of adjacent terraced tenement and mesh security fencing forming the west most boundary to adjacent Tannochside Olde Club . The rear or south most boundary has been assumed to be in line with timber fencing at rear of lock-up garages and not the mesh fencing beyond to side of this . Behind part of the rear boundary is an area of additional parking belonging to the Tannochside Olde Club which could possibly offer the potential for further development. The site is currently overgrown scrubland and from our limited investigations would appear not to have been subject to previous development .
