DIRFT is the hub for leading brands due to its prominent location in the centre of the UK. Campus 450 @ DIRFT sits at the core of the Golden Triangle, the UK's logistics heartland. The campus offers immediate access to the M1 (J18) and easy access to the M6 / A14 intersection, the M45, and the A5. Occupiers can also make use of the new DIRFT rail terminal, enabling fast freight, port, and European connectivity. For those travelling by public transport, the site also benefits from improved access to bus stops with multiple stops and frequent services towards Rugby, Daventry, and Northampton. DIRFT also has an active car-sharing community and assisted green travel planning to help reduce costs, pollution, and congestion.

ABOUT DAVENTRY

Daventry is a major logistics hub in the heart of the golden triangle, aided by its central location and proximity to the M1 and M40 motorways. This makes 90% of the UK's population reachable within four hours' drive. Tom has worked in the Industrial and Logistics market for over 10 years, having previously held positions with Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. He joined DTRE in 2016 and has helped to grow the Midlands leasing team, specialising in the disposal of prime distribution and manufacturing facilities on behalf of a wide range of clients. He has a particular interest in the acquisition and disposal of development land on behalf of his clients.

Tom has also helped a variety of clients, such as Sainsbury’s and Charles Kendall Freight, who were looking to acquire new warehouse facilities in the Midlands market.

Tom is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 2013.

Richard has over 25 years of industrial and logistics (I&L) experience working for major clients including IM Properties, Goodman, Roxhill, Gazeley and Segro. Before Colliers, Richard worked for both CBRE and JLL.
