The units are of steel portal frame construction. Each unit benefits from a 14-metre eaves height, large individual service yards, and dock and level access doors. DIRFT is the hub for leading brands due to its prominent location in the centre of the UK. Campus 450 @ DIRFT sits at the core of the Golden Triangle, the UK's logistics heartland. The campus offers immediate access to the M1 (J18) and easy access to the M6 / A14 intersection, the M45, and the A5. Occupiers can also make use of the new DIRFT rail terminal, enabling fast freight, port, and European connectivity. For those travelling by public transport, the site also benefits from improved access to bus stops with multiple stops and frequent services towards Rugby, Daventry, and Northampton. DIRFT also has an active car-sharing community and assisted green travel planning to help reduce costs, pollution, and congestion.

This makes 90% of the UK's population reachable within four hours' drive.
