P3 Manresa is a new logistics park that will have more than 50,000 m² of leasable area (GLA) on a plot of 83,000 m², intended to house one or two Class A logistics facilities. This Build To Suit (BTS) project is completely flexible and adapts to customer needs, following the latest technical and ESG standards. The park is designed for logistics and production activities, with 24/7 operation capacity, and offers a large maneuvering yard for trucks and parking areas prepared for electric vehicles.
