DESCRIPTION
The proposed development is split across several sites with various landowners and developers/site promoters. Planning applications have already been consented for 1,594 homes. The remaining development will be split across two phases, largely categorised as Phase 1 - Ashchurch North (north of the A46) and Phase 2 - Ashchurch South (south of the A46). TBC has advised that planning applications for some plots in Phase 1 are likely to come forward in the next two years. Land to the south is identified for residential and employment, as part of Phase 2. In August 2022 an Infrastructure Scoping Study was undertaken by Arup for the Garden Town. Information from this has informed the marketing brochure and copy is provided in the data room.
