It has brick elevations beneath a pitched roof which has been re-covered in interlocking tiles in recent years. The plot has been divided so as to provide the bungalow with a private garden. Internally, there are four bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, hall, bathroom & separate WC. Whilst in reasonable condition, it would benefit from a programme of internal refurbishment.
