A secure palisade fenced entrance lane provides excellent access into the site, suitable for all manner of vehicles including articulated lorries, and leading to the extensive hardstanding yard and the Unit. The extensive L-Shaped yard is over 100 metres in length and extends in total area to approx 62,000 sqft / 1.24 acres / 0.58 hectares. The yard is all hardsurfaced, with part concrete and the remainder compacted stone. The yard is securely enclosed with a combination of palisade fencing and the northern boundary is defined by a steep earth bank, formed where the yard has been excavated into the hillside, providing a substantial physical barrier.
