That business remains operational on the neighboring premises. From the A390, a public road leads approx 80 metres to the secure gated independent entrance to the premises. A secure palisade fenced entrance lane provides excellent access into the site, suitable for all manner of vehicles including articulated lorries, and leading to the extensive hardstanding yard and the Unit. The extensive L-Shaped yard is over 100 metres in length and extends in total area to approx 62,000 sqft / 1.24 acres / 0.58 hectares. The yard is all hardsurfaced, with part concrete and the remainder compacted stone. The yard is securely enclosed with a combination of palisade fencing and the northern boundary is defined by a steep earth bank, formed where the yard has been excavated into the hillside, providing a substantial physical barrier.
