Of course any outgoing calls are chargeable, and should you with for any additional handsets we can arrange this for you for a monthly fee. Our internet has a fair usage policy, which means providing you do not go above 200Mb per month, your internet is inclusive in your licence fee. However, should you exceed this for 3 months, we would provide you with a 'heads-up' so that you can look into any changes needed on your side or look into any issues such as viruses etc. Then if this should continue for 6 months, we would then begin to charge you £250+VAT per month for a minimum of 6 months.
