It has principally brick elevations beneath shallow pitched roofs covered in mineral felt; there are smaller areas with flat roofs. Occupying a generous plot with good car parking provision, the buildings are set back from Pagham Road with an intervening landscaped area. The main entrance to the building leads to a large foyer which provides ready access to the sanctuary, hall and supporting accommodation which includes kitchen, vestry, large room and toilet accommodation. The space is entirely at ground floor level. The main Church sanctuary presents well with a mono pitched, timber board ceiling following the roof-line. The floor is finished in vinyl. The hall is more utilitarian with exposed trusses to its dual pitched ceiling. Other areas provide for supporting functions and are finished to appropriate standards. Space heating is by various means including gas-fired convectors and electric radiant heaters. Behind the church building lies the bungalow, which also dates from around the same period. It has brick elevations beneath a pitched roof which has been re-covered in interlocking tiles in recent years. The plot has been divided so as to provide the bungalow with a private garden. Internally, there are four bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, hall, bathroom & separate WC. Whilst in reasonable condition, it would benefit from a programme of internal refurbishment.
