The driveway extends along the west side of the property, passing under a large, arched gateway and leading to a secondary service parking area, from which gated access is also afforded from Oak Alyn Court. The property is located just off the A541 link road to the south of the village of Cefn-y-Bedd, circa 4 miles to the north of Wrexham.
