Occupying companies also benefit from being in close proximity to the Park’s four world-class specialist engineering facilities, which include a digital manufacturing centre, electro-magnetic testing/anechoic chambers, and a metrology facility with hexagon manufacturing intelligence. Office space is available for office and research and development companies. This can comprise private or open plan areas of the hub. Access to communal and shared facilities is also included, including two kitchen areas, showers, toilets, changing rooms, a social area, and meeting rooms. The office suites are available on a new internal repairing and insuring lease, exclusive of VAT and other outgoings. A copy of the lease agreement is available from White Commercial. There is a service charge payable in connection with the office suites covering maintenance and repair. Electricity is payable by the tenant quarterly, and each office has its own electric meter.
