The site has been the subject to an additional application in 2020 (Ref: DC/20/64970) as well as past applications for the demolitions of the existing properties on the site. The above applications are no longer valid and therefore, proposals would require a new application to be submitted. Purchasers are advised to make their own enquiries to the Local Planning Authority.
