ABOUT BIRMINGHAM CITY CORE
Birmingham’s city core is the heart of Birmingham’s office market. It has undergone major regeneration in recent years, with high-quality office-led mixed-use schemes such as Snowhill, 103 Colmore Row and Paradise Circus, turning the area into a vibrant work and play destination. Being centrally located in the UK, Birmingham is a major transport hub. Birmingham New Street is the busiest rail station outside of London, and trains take less than one and a half hours to London Euston.
