Kitchens and separate male and female WCs are located on each floor. The offices benefit from carpet tiled flooring, LED strip lighting, ample electrical / data sockets with potential for CAT 6 cabling, gas central heating (not tested), mechanical ventilation system (not tested) and double glazing. Externally there is the potential to park in excess of 100 cars on-site within a secure gated car park, with access directly off Barrington Road. It should be noted that surrounding roads are currently free from any parking restrictions and potentially provide occupiers with further parking opportunities.
