Burnside Business Park is located on the eastern side of the B981 Inverkeithing to Crossgates Road. The subjects sit to the southern periphery of the estate road. Inverkeithing Train Station is located a short distance to the south and the M90 Edinburgh to Perth motorway is to the west affording good transport links to the major motorway networks.
