Worthing Office to Rent

Worthing is a popular seaside town with a population of 105,000 people situated in between the city of Brighton (13 miles east) and the cathedral city of Chichester (18 miles west) on the south coast of England. Worthing is the largest town within West Sussex and benefits from its popular coastal strip location, comprehensive shopping facilities and a range of varied local amenities. Accessed via a covered entrance on the south western corner of the site, the reception area (which is soon to be completely refurbished) is accessed via revolving doors. The reception area also houses two passenger lifts, which provide access to all floors, and direct access to the large atrium which houses the Japanese garden (which is being re-landscaped). Each floor benefits from access controlled doors and provides two large open plan office areas with superb natural daylight to all elevations with further cellular office rooms at the western and eastern ends of each floor. Kitchens and separate male and female WCs are located on each floor. The offices benefit from carpet tiled flooring, LED strip lighting, ample electrical / data sockets with potential for CAT 6 cabling, gas central heating (not tested), mechanical ventilation system (not tested) and double glazing. Externally there is the potential to park in excess of 100 cars on-site within a secure gated car park, with access directly off Barrington Road. It should be noted that surrounding roads are currently free from any parking restrictions and potentially provide occupiers with further parking opportunities.
